- For repairs from other QuintilesIMS offices, please select a mail-in option below
- Authorization is required ahead of time to to charge repairs to the the open PO with TCR for Local Small Batch, Local Bulk, and Mail-in Bulk repairs.
- If you need to repair a personal device or expense the repair of your business device, you do not need to complete any of the forms below. You’re welcome to stop by any TCR location with your QuintilesIMS ID and we will be happy to help!
